Service Description

A thorough cleaning of all bathroom exhaust chambers and vents; dryer duct, hose and lint trap; air handler blower and heat chamber with HEPA Filtration. Complete with Negative Ion Deep Cleaning with HEPA Filtration of all supply registers, return grills and ducts. Post cleaning, our Dense Fogging Sanitizing and Deodorizing Solution is circulated throughout the HVAC System (perfect for pet and smoke redolence). Also includes a thorough cleaning of the condenser interior housing and coils, plus an inspection of your filter(s) for proper fit and performance rating. We even throw in “Before and After” small (bacteria, mog buildup, etc.) and large (pollen, etc.) pollutant indoor air quality reading. Platinum Includes our 2 Year Preventative Maintenance Protection Plan which offers 2 visits per year for 2 years (starting 1 year after your thorough cleaning). Two (2) 5-foot depth touch-up cleanings of all return ducts and grills. All visits include a video inspection of all return ducts (Maintenance must be used each year following original date of service; they will not roll over).
